I really love the Power Cap renewal program, as I receive it in the mail and never have to worry about my dog's collar not working or about finding a Power Cap.

Your response to our recent crisis was amazing. We noticed as we went for a walk Wednesday night that the dog just walked right out of the yard after us. This had never happened, so we immediately went back to find out what was wrong. We called your office at ten that night and left a message. The service technician was at our home the next morning fixing the problem. He called me at work before and after the service call, was polite and helpful and the charge was nominal.

Our dog is a very special member of our family and she loves having her freedom running around in our yard, and I love not having to go out in the cold, rain, etc. to walk her! Your company has provided us with an outstanding underground fence that has been totally maintenance free!

My name is Juliet.. I have a brother named Romeo. I am a 1.5 year old Great Pyrenees. I was adopted from Adopt a Golden (they also adopt Great Pyrenees cause there is no group that rescues them in the area) after having been rescued one day before I was to be put down at a local shelter. I go to work with my Mom at Treasures Resale store and folks come to the store just to pet me cause I love people, especially children! I am very stubborn, it is a part of my breeding, but my Mom has learned that soft words and lots of kisses produce the best results when she tries to train me. I love sleeping in my Mom’s bed and wrestling with Romeo. He is also adopted, part beagle and part bird dog, half my size but he always wins the wrestling contest even though I am the Alpha dog in most situations. I love having the invisible fence! I can run with Romeo on our 1.5 acre lot and my Mom never worries about me running away.. I probably wouldn’t want to any way because I am loved to pieces at home. Alison W Mother of Juliet and Romeo
